| PolyGrip Pinbar Register Punch Designed Exclusively For Use With Polyester CtP | |

This new punch was specifically designed for use with Polyester Ctp and
cuts 'under-sized' attachment holes. Under-sized attachment holes must be
'pressed-on' to the pinbar. The press-fit causes a physical change to occur in the plate material surrounding the attachment pins. The press-fit causes the surface energy to raise, causing a hardening of the material at the attachment for an attachment that will not stretch. In addition, a clear image alignment overlay with white alignment reticles is attached to punch base. To produce plates in-register to your press, simply align plate register targets to white overlay reticles before punching. |
