We are a Chinese manufacturer and exporter of graphic arts products for offset (lithographic) printing, including positive and negative offset printing plate, compressible and conventional rubber blanket, HN type image setter film, printing chemicals, pressroom plate-making lamp, laser offset plate, drying-working paper master plate, and many other consumable items, and also coil and single sheet plate production line.

Our positive offset printing plate and compressible rubber blanket are distributed in many countries in the Far East, Middle East, southern Asia, Middle and South America, South Africa, North Africa, southern and eastern Europe, etc..

Offset Printing Plate
==================
Also named as Pre-sensitized Plate, P S plate, lithographic plate, or aluminum printing plate, etc., and  used on offset printing machines and a must for most of the offset printers nowadays.
- Work: positive
- Base: aluminum
- Production: by continuous feed-in lines of aluminum rolls, with electrolytic graining and anodizing.
- Standard thickness: 0.15mm, 0.25mm and 0.28mm (other none-standard thickness requires longer delivery time). 
- Standard sizes readily available for Heidelberg, Roland, Solnar, Ryobi, Multilith , Gestetner, Man, Hamada, etc., and also can be cut into any sizes required by any customers and printing machines.
- Punching holes on the gripper side  accepted  in standard perforation style, such as pb-1, pb-2 or SL for many machines from Multilith and Ryobi to Brazilian CATU.
- Conforms to ISO 12635: 1996 or its equivalent version of Standard of China GB/T 17155-1997.
- Color of coating: blue/gree or green
- Dots reproduction: at least 2% - 98%
- Exposure time: 50-60 seconds under 3,000W Iodine Gallium light at the distance of one meter.
- Development time: 20-30 seconds
- Print runs: above 100,000 impressions (may change accoriding to printing ink, paper and other factors)
- Negative printing plate also available on order basis.
- Accept producing the offset printing plates by the aluminum coil or sheets provided by the buyers and charge for the production only. 
-Also re-generate (re-cycle) the used plates provided by the buyers.

Rubber Blanket
==============
Compressible and conventional rubber blanket for offset printing, in roll or in cut pieces as per sizes required by customers.
- Thickness: 1.95mm & 1.7mm
- Width: 1350 mm, max.
- Length: standard 25 meters per roll

Our blanket has been widely distributed in the USA and Europe market under customer's private lable

Apart from the blanket for offset, we also have
- Rubber blanket for Rotogravure printing machine, thickness 1.00 mm
- Blanket for printing of bank currency note, which is used in printing Renminbi, the Chinese currency.

Graphic Arts Film
================
The red laser (HN type) imagesetter graphic arts film features high sensitivity, wide developing latitude, short fixing and drying time and good dot reproduction, and is suitable for many brands of laser imagesetter or phototyprsetters with light source at 632.80 - 670mm.

-Widely used width: 356, 406, 508, 558, 762, 1079, … and any others at customers requirement
-Length: 60 Meters or 61 Meters per roll
-Package: room light film feeder, soft flange package or hard flange package
-Rolling direction: emulsion layer side inward or outward
-Axis diameter: 28.6 - 71.9mm

Plate-Making Lamp
===============

This is the instant start Metal Halide Lamp, named Gallium Iodide Lamp, for the purpose of lithographic printing plate exposure in the pressroom.  Suitable in most printing-down machine for plate making.  Various power, voltage and wattage available, with 1KW, 3KW and 5KW as the leading selling item.

Production Line of Offset Printing Plate
============================================

Based on our experience since 1970s in the sector of plate production, we provide full technology and know-how for the designing, building, installation, operation and maintenance  of printing plate production lines, by means of consultancy, equipment supplies, expertise and service supplies, and turn-key project.  Two types of lines are available from our side:

a) Continuous Coil Line
 
 This is the kind of line we are running to produce the plates we are selling.  Features material feeding of aluminum coil in rolls, automatic operation, continuous production, and higher speed for production with stable plate quality.  Produces positive and negative plates with gauge ranges whatever available with the aluminum suppliers including thickness like 0.13mm or 0.15mm.
 
 Production Procedure:
 De-coiling --> electrolytic --> anodize --> coating --> drying --> checking --> packing
 
b) Single Sheet Line

This is for the production of new offset printing plate with the single sheet aluminum  as the material; and/or the re-generating of the used offset printing plates so that they can be used for another time(s).  Features low cost but quick return of investment, economic operation, stable line speed, and also save the resources when re-generating used plates.   Aluminum material supply has to be pre-cut into right single pieces, and smaller gauges like 0.15mm thickness can not be produced.

Production Procedure:
ink removal -->  degrease --> correction --> electrolytic --> anodize --> coating --> drying --> checking --> packing
