RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement Process Controls & Improvements ·Develop and maintain master copies of Control Plans & FEMA’s ·Oversee the use and effectiveness of Statistical Process Control. ·Lead the development, and communication of Quality Policy and Procedures as it relates to QS 9000. ·Lead efforts to create awareness and understanding of QS 9000 standards and applications. ·Assist the Quality Assurance Department in complaint resolution/corrective actions as necessary. REQUIREMENTS: Formal education in Quality Systems Implementation. ·3-5 years demonstrated leadership in a quality organization ·Evidence of general business analytical techniques specifically how to interpret statistical results and develop and implement actionable improvements. ·Extensive training and experience in statistics applied to total quality programs, SPC, and ISO/QS requirements. ·Quality & Customer driven ·Hands on involvement ·Excellent presentation skills ·Conceptual thinker. ·Well organized Salary Range: Over $56K |
