FOLDEX Corporation is proud to introduce the Viking Series Folders for commercial and publication printing. Our flagship product, the Viking Folder is a high speed variable size, pinless jaw folder capable of production speeds up to 90,000 copies per hour. The Viking has an exceptionally wide range that can provide dual size products for fixed size presses. It is further distinguished with virtually complete upward compatability of all features and options such as the Double Parallel Option, Single and Double Quarter Folders, In-Line Stitching, and others. Viking Folders may be ribbon fold, or supplied with one of the FOLDEX Steep Angle, Conical Former Systems. The Viking Series Folders are independently driven with ELS motors and drives. Gain control is provided for all driven rollers in the upper folder. The Viking Series also features the FOLDEX Graphical User Interface with touchscreen controls.

Viking Folders can be retrofitted to existing presses or specified with new equipment for Inserts, Commercial, or Publication presses.

FOLDEX also provides custom design services and retrofits to existing folders and presses, including former additions, quarter folder additions, and drive retrofits. The Drive Retrofits can be offered for Chill Stands, Web Drag and Slitter Sections, Upper Folders including formers and nipping sections and lower folders.
